Add two more tablespoons of soy sauce to add freshness and to make the color better, the soy sauce is too dark, don’t put soy sauce, the soy sauce plus its own browning color is good!
Cover the pan and cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and saute.
Put in the shallots. I didn’t have shallots, but crushed green pepper, which actually tastes better!
