How to Make Bread Machine Whole Wheat Bread

In the Cantonese doll’s recipe, I kneaded the first step for twenty minutes, then took it to the fridge to chill, be sure to use plastic wrap or the dough It’ll get hard on top. If you refrigerate it long enough, you’ll be fine if you hurry.
When you take it out of the refrigerator, salt it and knead it for ten minutes, and at this step you can add nuts and such and knead them into the dough. Then add butter and knead for about ten minutes, then add yeast and knead for ten to twenty minutes. When it’s over, you’ll almost have a thick film.
After kneading, use the fermentation function of the bread machine to double the size of the dough, take it out of the oven, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and place on a baking sheet to ferment until doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Delicious.
