sweet pear cream
|1 scoop (you can use sugar if you don’t have any)|
Boil water, a pinch of salt, and the noodles.
In another pan, fry the diced tomatoes and a spoonful of pear paste (instead of sugar) in oil, then add the diced steak. Pour in the water with salt, pepper sauce, soup and vegetables, remove the cooked noodles and add to the simmering soup.
Cut the radish into shreds, add salt and mix well, add a splash of cold soy sauce and serve with coriander.
