Boil a pot of boiling water, add the buckwheat flour batter, stir well and cook until thickened.
Pepper chicken: Pour oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and fry the chicken for 2 minutes, add salt and stir-fry for 10 seconds, then put a spoonful of soy sauce (because I don’t eat MSG, put less soy sauce for freshness).
Pumpkin pie from the supermarket. I warmed it up this morning.
Pan-fried dumplings with leek and meat: mix the filling overnight (chopped leek, add an egg, oil, wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, green onion, ginger and pepper), stir in the leek, then wake-up in the morning and wrap the dumpling skins you bought in the supermarket the day before.
