How to make brown sugar steamed buns (lazy version)
The ingredients are all ready, the flour is poured into the yeast, and the dates are all chopped so that when steaming, you can eat the dates in every bite and distribute them more evenly. The brown sugar is boiled in warm water, then cooled and poured into the flour! (The exact grams are spelled out above) Add or subtract ingredients according to the family members themselves!

Pour the dates, and walnuts, into the dough and drain! Rub the dates and walnuts well ……
I did a second rise, about 20 minutes, and then we drained the dough this time, pulling it into small doses.
You can cut a cross cutter and it will look even better steamed!
Steam for 15-20 minutes, then turn off the heat after 20 minutes and let steam for 5 minutes.
Here’s how it ended up, slightly sweet and ready to eat straight away! No need to eat vegetables …… is more suitable for lazy people!
