How to make brown sugar sesame buns
Mix all the ingredients for the trap and refrigerate for later.
Combine all ingredients except butter and salt in main pan, large and hook for 5 minutes, speed 10. when stopped, soften butter and salt. Place in the main pan and set for another 4 minutes at speed 10. When the kneading is finished, remove to collect the dough with a smooth surface and place in the main pan again. Cooker 60 minutes, speed 0, 30°C for the first fermentation.
At the end of the first fermentation, divide the dough into 7 portions, roll the dough into rounds and let it rise for 15 minutes. Take out the black sesame seed filling and divide into 7 portions for use.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a round shape, then flip the dough into the sesame filling. Place the dough, seam side down, on a baking tray for the second fermentation.
When the second fermentation is finished, spray the surface of the dough with water and decorate the middle with black sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 190℃, cover the dough with a piece of baking paper, and press another baking sheet to cover the dough. Bake for 17 minutes.
