How to make vegetable hearts with oyster sauce
Put water, salt, and oil on to boil.
Once the water is boiling, add the cabbage and blanch for about one to two minutes. (This step must not be missed, it will ensure a nice color and not a harsh texture.) Remove from cold water and drain.
Put the oil in a pan, add the peppers and pop them in, then remove and discard.
Put in the vegetables, add two spoonfuls of oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly and you’re good to go!
