[Cactus Cake] All in one pan! approach
Mix low flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar.
Add the eggs and salad oil and mix to form a ball.
Only then the dough is slightly oily. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about half an hour. The dough is a little stiffer, just right for filling.
Take about 15g of dough, press it into a thin crust, put 20g of red bean paste into it and close it into a ball.
Cover the surface with flour and put it into the mold. The size of the dough according to the mold to determine the size of my small.
