Marinade packet: star anise, cinnamon, dry or wet chilli uncut, green pepper, coriander, fennel, ginger with skin on
How to make any marinade
Slices of lotus root cut a little thicker
Chicken claws and duck wings blanched in a pan of cold water
Wash and dry after blanching
Boiled and shelled quail eggs
A 500ml bottle of beer
Chicken feet deliberately don’t cut their nails.
If you don’t like it, you can cut it out.
Stirred sugar color
Put a drop of oil on low heat and sugar or icing sugar.
Stir fry the sugar and melt it. Remember to keep the heat low and don’t overcook it.
Add the ingredients.
Melt the sugar and stir-fry the chicken and duck over medium heat.
Put beer + water in the ingredients.
In a pot of boiling, skim off the foam and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little soy sauce or not, half a spoon of salt (taste your own rice can be salty, as a snack, put less salt).
Pour into the rice cooker and add the ingredients, lotus root slices, quail eggs and dried beans.
Press simmer 30-40 minutes off to let sit overnight or half a day
Ps:Directly in the pot to cook all to put in, then boil on high heat turn down to simmer for 30 minutes and let it simmer for a day or half a day!
The time depends on how hard or soft the meat is, so you can adjust the time to your liking.
