It’s hot from head to toe…
The following is a bit more detailed to make it clearer, but it’s very doable-.
The article is followed by a detailed cat ear tutorial-
Of course you can buy your own cat ears.
How to make cat ears (with cat ear tutorial)
Prepare the ingredients first: pumpkin, potatoes cut into small pieces (large pieces do not cook easily and do not make thick soup).
Chopped onion, ginger and garlic according to the usual stir-fry.
Cut tomatoes into small pieces (if you like them sour, you can put them in, but if you don’t, you can leave them out)
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, pork, beans, potatoes, pumpkin, salt and soy sauce and stir-fry (just like a normal stir-fry).
Then add hot water, or pour it into another boiling pot of water to cook (will put cat ears in later, so use a large pot)
Soup should be boiled a little more (the head of the pumpkin is soft and melted before the soup tastes good) at least 20 minutes before putting the cat ears (bought, or made by yourself).
Put the cat ears on and cook until there is no hard core, remove from the pan and put the cilantro in.
Here’s the cat’s ear step, mix the dough, (medium hard and soft, a little hard, the back is easy to rub) and let the dough rise for half an hour, smoother.
Then roll into small strips (sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking)
Cut into evenly sized cubes
That’s how you rub it (It’s too hard to rub, so be careful.)
You can also rub it on the table, it’s so much fun with different patterns in different places.
