How to make celery and pork dumplings
The choice of tenderloin, pure lean meat tastes good, not greasy, celery better chop a chop, stir on it!
I used supermarket finished dumpling skins and my family didn’t like the dumpling folds, so I just combined the skins together to wrap the dumplings The dumpling skins are drenched in water, or they won’t hold together. Squeeze it hard, but it won’t break in the pan. (Cook the dumplings with salt.)
It’s a shame I forgot to take pictures of the finished product, I just tried a few. It’s so delicious, three of us used a pound of dumpling skins, we ate all the lunch, so we can’t put too much filling into the dumplings.
