How to Make Cheese Bread
Pour all ingredients except butter and salt into chef’s machine and knead on low then medium.
Add room temperature softened butter and salt and continue to knead the dough
Just pull out the glove film.
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature until doubled in size.
Poke holes with fingers dipped in flour without retracting, tap to release air
Divide evenly into two portions, knead the dough, flatten it and roll it out with a rolling pin into a round cake shape.
Grease the inside of a 6-inch round cake pan with a thin layer of butter and ferment until the dough is 8 full.
7. Brush the surface of the fermented dough with a layer of egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven at 170℃ for 35 minutes.
Cut the bread into 4 pieces, cut a small piece in the middle twice, squeeze in the cheese sauce, spread the cut sides with the cheese sauce and the milk powder.
