Today, someone bought a box of chestnuts from Costco and added a small packet of chestnuts into the roasted rice cake.

How to make roasted rice cake with chestnuts
Prepare the ingredients.
Add the milk to the eggs and mix well.
Continue to pour in the olive oil and mix well.
Add the powdered sugar and mix evenly without particles.
Sift in the glutinous rice flour and baking powder.
Mix until smooth and grain free, then add the small pieces of chopped chestnuts and mix well.
Pour into the baking dish, brush the lower part with a little thin oil, no baking paper used up, sprinkle with a little black sesame seeds.
I forgot to put in the oven, preheat the oven, bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, emphasis on the number of degrees of different people’s oven, baked, cut the finished product!
It’s super delicious, crispy on the outside and glutinous inside.
