Chia seeds and black sesame seeds can be sautéed for better flavor.
Mix all ingredients except butter together with milk and knead until a smooth dough.
Add butter and knead it together again to make a more malleable dough.
Divide into 12 equal portions, round off with the palm of your hand and ferment for 10 minutes at 30 degrees.
Once fermented, roll out into an oval shape with a rolling pin.

Fold the bag over again.
Ferment for another 20 minutes.
When the water is boiling and fermented, cook the bagels on each side for 30 seconds.
Oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
It’s very tasty, and you can cut it into any kind of sauce you like, or you can put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer to reheat it.
