Today, during the fall season Queenie wanted to share a facial soup that is especially good for women. It boosts blood circulation and makes the face red. So very suitable for those who have a lack of blood and cold limbs.

How to make fresh ginseng and black chicken soup
1、Prepare the ingredients.
1. Wash and dry the black chicken, put it in a pot of cold water, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes after boiling.
2. Remove the pit from the red dates. Clean the ginseng with a toothbrush.
3, except wolfberry seeds, clean all ingredients into a pot of soup, add 7-8 bowls of about 2000 ml of water, and cook on high heat. Boil for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours.
4, wash the wolfberry seeds, add them to the soup that has been simmering for 1.5 hours, and simmer for 20 minutes to season and serve. (You can cut out any excess oil before drinking.)
It’s light and sweet.
To replenish the blood.
Mending rather than boring.
It warms the stomach and chills the body!

2、The skin of black chicken has good therapeutic effect, so it is not recommended to remove the skin when making black chicken soup.
