Chicken, Bacon and Ham Pizza
Knead the ingredients together until the surface is smooth, at 38°C and 90% humidity.
Brush pizza dough with olive oil or soybean oil. Roll out pizza dough thinly, pushing edges out and inserting holes to vent.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cool and remove. Brush the surface with olive oil or soybean oil.
Prepare diced green and red peppers, diced corn, diced onion, diced ham, diced bacon and diced chicken.
Place a layer of mozzarella on top of the filling. Add a layer of tomato sauce, cooked salad dressing and homemade raw salad dressing, and bake at 200 degrees for 18 minutes.
For the raw salad dressing recipe: 25g eggs, 25g sugar, beaten, 250g salad oil added slowly, 3g salt added last, 9g salad dressing added slowly. Milk 9g white vinegar. Can be refrigerated for later use.
