Chicken Breast and Beans Stew Noodle Soup – Healthy Meals – Quick Menu
Wash and cut the beans. Boil a pot of water and blanch the beans for 1 minute (the goal is to get the beans to fry faster)
Reheat a pot of water to boil the pasta. Sprinkle some salt into the water (to make the pasta taste good), add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package minus 1 minute.
Sauté onions in oil in a pan until browned, push to one side
Add the marinated chicken breasts (see tip for marinade) and brown on one side, then flip over and cook until browned on both sides.
Pour in the beans and stir-fry for a few moments. Drizzle some water over the beans and chicken and let the steam cook them.
Add the cooked pasta, pour in a little pasta sauce, add soy sauce and white pepper, stir-fry and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Strain, plate and garnish with black sesame seeds.
2 tablespoons wine + 1 tablespoon starch + 1 pinch salt + 1 pinch white pepper, marinate for 10 minutes to 12 hours, optional
