Chicken Homemade – Pan Fried Chicken Breasts
1Thaw the chicken breasts first.2Slice them thinly. (Personal preference to cut into 3 slices) 3. Knock the chicken breast with the back of a knife, easier to marinate.
Pour in the prepared soy sauce, wine, salt and black pepper. Chop the garlic and lemon and put in. Add a little more flour if you want (it will be more tender). Give it a stir and leave it for 15_20 minutes.
Turn down the heat while frying. Otherwise the outside will burn easily and the inside will be raw. It will take about 2-3 minutes.
