How to make chicken thighs with oyster sauce
Wash chicken thighs, cut off the bones with scissors, and marinate in oyster sauce for at least 10 hours.
Slice the onion into long pieces, pat the garlic a little and slice the ginger. Prepare icing sugar, star anise and angelica.
Add some cooking oil to the pan and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic.
Then add the marinated chicken thighs and fry until golden on both sides.
Next, add the sugar, star anise, dahurica, soy sauce and wine, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
After 20 minutes, you can plate it up and garnish it with cilantro.
