How to make a chicken loaf chicken breast diet and oil-free dorm room version
Since it was supposed to be fried, I cut it into small dice, put salt, wine, starch, ginger and a clove of garlic.
Add black pepper, I like it strong, more than enough, mix well and put in the fridge.
Sauté in water, about 5 minutes
Clean chicken breasts, add fresh water, wine, green onions and ginger (as much as possible, due to limited cooking) and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat, dry and tear into strips, my diced chicken is really too small for this, it takes forever!
Fry it in a pan.
Stir fry until lightly browned, put on gloves and start rubbing, not as hot as expected, the whole time on low heat, I turned on 230W, because the previous tear too big, which made it difficult to dry fry.
If you rub the coarse part of it fine, it will come out like chicken wire.
Add the seaweed, chopped (I use scissors, but if I cut too big, wait for the seaweed to dry out in the pan and rub it around), add the soy sauce, salt and black pepper and stir well.
I just blended it in the portable juicer.
Finished, really delicious, I didn’t beat it very fine, wanted grainy, very fragrant, a little hard, but really delicious!
