A light salad for the post-holiday season
And this time, we’re using another Internet sensation from the fitness world.
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) recommends quinoa as the perfect “whole food” for humans, with a variety of titles – “nutritional gold”, “super grain”, “food of the future”, vegetarian fans as the “king of vegetarians”.
Its nutritional characteristics are so simple and brutal.
Rich in minerals, high in protein, low in fat, low in sugar, low in calories, and zero cholesterol.
We mix quinoa with kale after it’s cooked into a porridge for added body nutrients and satiety.

Chicken Quinoa Salad: post-holiday lazy people lose fat meal, eat will “burst pearls” practice
Cook the mushrooms, quinoa and chicken breasts in the same order as you boil the water, putting the meat last to prevent skewering.
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and the small tomatoes in half.
Arrange the salad: wash the kale base and add the ingredients you just cooked.
Add a spoonful of olives, a spoonful of vinegar, a little salt and black pepper, and a spoonful of honey to the quinoa porridge and mix well to drizzle over the side dishes.
