Cumin granules/cumin powder
Oil-free version of cumin and onion chicken thigh meat
Skinning and boning the chicken thighs, which is a pain in the ass, but the thighs are tender.
Shave, cut and dice, two two-day portions ha!
Marinate with cumin onion and black pepper soy sauce for at least half an hour.
Stir fry without oil, because chicken thighs are already greasier than chicken breasts, so I personally taste great without oil.
Stir-fry on high heat until browned, then stir-fry with a little water.
Then cover the lid and smother for 3-5 minutes, open the pan and stir-fry it …… unbeatable delicious!
You can add green peppers and mushrooms, it’s delicious.
