As long as there are chicken wings going straight into the kitchen.
Speediest love to your family!
The family used to eat chicken wings mostly coked or braised.
A soft, flavorful stew.
It’s been hot lately and I don’t want to take too long to cook.
Just tried the method this time.
You can say it’s super fast and worry free!

How to Make Salt-Fried Chicken Wings
Pour water into a pan, add chicken wings and ginger, bring to a boil, brown the surface, remove from the pan, cut in the middle with a knife, add salt and a little soy sauce, stir well for 5 minutes.
Heat some oil in a hot pan, add chicken wings, fry the thick side first on high heat until shaped, then turn over and fry until golden brown, turn down the heat and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Pick it up with chopsticks and put it on a plate, with cilantro in the middle to go with it.
Then sprinkle some sesame seeds and salt on top and you’re ready to go.
Eating well puts you in a good mood!
