How to make garlic chicken wings
Slice the chicken wings twice, front and back. Crush the garlic.
Pour in the soy sauce, garlic and salt, massage well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken wings from the marinade. In a non-stick skillet, cook the wings on medium-low heat without oil until golden brown on both sides.
Pour in the marinade and garlic, reduce heat to low, stirring from time to time, and cook through.
Tip: Fry the chicken wings for 15-20 minutes in total to cook through, but keep the heat low to avoid burning.
