Recipe for Chocolate Doughnuts (oven version) for Kids’ Breakfast
All the ingredients are ready and the butter is microwaved to a liquid.
Two eggs with granulated sugar.
Using a whisk, beat until it is white and twice its volume.
Whip the egg batter and add the cooking oil.
Add the milk.
Add the butter.
Add baking powder to the flour.
Mix and sift in the egg batter.
Mix well, not in a circular motion, you can mix in any other way-.
Preheat the upper and lower ovens at 160°C. Brush the moulds with a little oil.
Put the egg batter in a piping bag, cut a small opening and squeeze it into the mold, just until it’s 8-9 minutes full.
Once squeezed, shake a few times to reduce the foam.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 35 minutes.
Bake for 35 minutes. Watch the doughnuts slowly expand, so cute!
Remove the baked doughnuts and unmold them to cool.
Put the chocolate in a bowl, then put them in a saucepan over water to melt into a paste, and once melted, swirl the donuts around in the chocolate paste.
Then sprinkle with your favorite decoration-
You can also sprinkle it with powdered sugar-
A cute doughnut would be nice.
