How to make minced pork and cabbage
Once the meat mixture is frozen, add 2 tbsp of lightly salted soy sauce, 5g of salt, 1 tbsp of wine and a little bit of sugar (to refresh) and mix well. I used ground beef, but you can also use ground pork.
Mix well and let it stand for 15 minutes to enhance the flavor of the meat mixture, this step can be skipped.
Wash and cut cabbage into long pieces, dry and empty the water.
Put the meat mixture in a pan with oil, stir it as soon as it comes off the pan to avoid lumps.
Stir-fry the mince.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute
