How to make chocolate scones
For the chocolate cream, add 90g sugar to a vat of 989g light cream, heat until bubbles form around it, then pour it into a row of dark chocolate. 100g. mix evenly and smoothly. Refrigerate overnight. (Can also be used for spreading the cake.)
Mix the powdered substances and add the chocolate light cream. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
