Whole wheat flour.
Cinnamon sweet orange toast recipe
Mix all the dough ingredients except butter and salt.
Knead the dough, once the dough is even and shaped add the butter and salt, then add the orange peel to taste.
Knead the dough until it reaches the hand film stage.
Ferment to double in size, then remove and knead the dough until it is smooth.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Bring water + sugar to boil, cut the oranges into thin slices and put them into the pot. When soft, remove from the heat and absorb the water.
Spread the dough on the bottom of the toast mould.
Fold the dough stem flat and roll up into a long strip. Place the dough in orange-lined toast moulds.
Ferment in the oven at 37° for 45 minutes, 8 minutes for full toast boxes.
When the fermentation is finished, preheat the oven to 220°, place the fermented toast in the oven and bake at 200° for 30 minutes on medium heat.
