Civilian Cuisine | Fitness Chicken Breast and Tomato Egg Noodle Soup
Crack the eggs and scramble them in a pan of hot oil; set aside
Peel the tomatoes, cut them up and toss them in the pan. The longer you stir-fry them the thicker the sauce will be. Add a little water to the stir-fry and a stew will make it even better. You can add some tomato paste. When almost done, add more water to the pan and add more soup.
Cut the thawed chicken breasts into pieces and pour them into the tomato pan
Add in the chopped baby vegetables, mushrooms and noodles and cook together.
Add salt, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce and a handful of chicken extract and cook for 7-8 minutes. The egg noodle soup is done!
If possible, chicken breasts marinated in advance will be more flavorful
