Remove from refrigerator when the dough has fermented to about 3 times its original size and start the bread machine again for 10 minutes.

Place in the oven and place hot water in the lower oven on a self-contained baking tray for secondary fermentation.
Remove from the oven when fermented to about 1.5-2 times, brush the surface with a layer of egg yolk mixture while preheating the oven at 180 degrees and placing a bowl of water in the oven. to maintain humidity
Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 28 minutes.
If the heating temperature is not even, adjust the position of the baking tray halfway, cover with foil after coloring.
