How to make cod and carrot buns (baby)
Melt the yeast in warm water, pour it into the mixer with the flour, knead the dough for 10 minutes, and wake up for 45 minutes.
Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces, put them into a hand-operated vegetable peeler and smash them. Heat the oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add the carrots and fry for a few times, add a little salt and stir, then remove from the pan.
Melt the cod and cut it into small dice. Mix well with the carrots.
Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll out into a bun, and fill with the cod and carrot filling.
Set aside for 10 minutes, steam for 20 minutes, then wait 5 minutes before serving.
