How to make cold cilantro/spinach
Blanch the cilantro in boiling water, pass through cold water and cut into segments
Slicing the peppers.
Chop some garlic and crush the peanuts, as long as they’re not whole.
In a bowl, put cilantro, peanuts, garlic drippings, salt, sugar, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add sesame oil and mix well. Taste to see how much you want.
