How to make cold noodles
Shred the cucumber with a julienne peeler or shred it yourself as finely and evenly as possible.
Shred the carrots with a grater.
Shred the ham.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour in a little salt.
Pour in a little wine.
Beat the eggs.
Pour a little oil into a pan and use kitchen paper towels to even out the oil on the surface of the pan
Heat a pan over low heat and spread the eggs thinly.
When the eggs are golden brown and there is no more egg white, turn off the heat and serve without burning.
Evenly shredded fried egg skins
Set these shredded ingredients aside to use, or have your own favorite ingredients!
Boil water in a pan and pour some salt in it
A few drops of oil.
When the water comes to a boil, add the hand-beaten noodles.
After the hand-made noodles are cooked, remove them from the oven and put them in cold water.
Diced millet chili, minced garlic, small chopped green onions
Put the chopped chillies, garlic and spring onions into a bowl, pour a little chilli noodles to your taste and pour hot oil over them.
Add a spoonful of Sriracha and light soy sauce.
Add half a teaspoon of sugar.
Add a little salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Drizzle with good chili oil.
Put in your favorite greens and cilantro, or peanuts!
