How to make cold shredded seaweed (dried seaweed)
Place dried shredded seaweed in a pot and set aside
Soak shredded seaweed in clear water for about 10-15 minutes
Dried chillies, garlic and ginger chopped and ready to use
Cook the shredded kelp for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the kelp to determine the cooking time, until soft.
Fry the chili peppers and white sesame seeds in chili oil
Remove the cooked kelp, add the garlic and ginger, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, cooking oil and chili oil.
Mix well and finish.
