How to make cold stinging bamboo shoots
A handful of 1 kg of bamboo shoots I used only half, wash the head and cut into 4 cm long pieces.
Boil the bamboo shoots for 1 or 2 minutes.
Drain the boiled bamboo shoots and let them cool.
Add chili oil, garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper oil, as much or as little as you like, to taste.
