One method of cooking. Put the food in a pot with a small amount of water, cover it tightly and heat it so that the ingredients become cooked in a half-steam. The freshness of the ingredients themselves is maintained.
Add fresh basil leaves to add fragrance and remove smell, add ginger to remove cold.
Makes an exceptionally tasty peeled shrimp!

Rinse the basil leaves and prawns.

Top with peeled shrimp (just enough for one pot no more and no less) Add a small half bowl of water, not more!
Cook on medium-high heat for 10 minutes (I think 7 or 8 minutes is enough if the quantity is small).
