How to Make Corn and Cola Chicken Wing Casserole
Mix well with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Slice chicken wings twice. Cut the potatoes into pieces and the corn into pieces.
In a non-stick frying pan without oil, add the chicken wings and fry on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Add the ginger, garlic and chillies and fry over low heat.
Put the potato and corn pieces, pour in the sauce and fry well. Add cola, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Add salt as appropriate and sprinkle small onions.
