How to make crab and cinnamon fish soup
Put old ginger, garlic, white onion and salt in the belly of the fish. Cut the crab into two pieces and make a few cuts in the fish to taste.
Put in the wine.
Adding sufficient amount of water
Add a spoonful of oil
Be sure to sprinkle the salt on the fish and don’t turn it over the whole time. That way the fish will not be bland and the soup will not be salty.
Add ginger, garlic and green onions to the soup.
Cover and cook on high heat all the time.
High heat all the way.
The crab is oiled and the soup is gradually turning white. Usually 15 minutes on high heat, sprinkle with green onions, out of the pot to eat.
