How to make crab rolls
Diced crab sticks and onions
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the onion and crab stick, season with pepper, salt and sugar.
Pour in some flour, breadcrumbs and egg and mix well.
Shape the mixture into balls and dust them evenly with the flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs.
Heat plenty of oil in a pan, add the balls and fry on medium heat for 1 minute.
Fry on high heat for 2 minutes, until golden brown on top, remove from heat.
