How to make creamy pumpkin taro balls
Wash, peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes and steam in a steamer that has been heated until it is soft enough to be easily poked with chopsticks.
Pour into a container of milk powder and beat with a whisk (just puree the pumpkin) while hot.
Pour the tapioca starch into the pumpkin puree and quickly form a dough (I forgot to take a picture and remember this last little ball). and remember to boil a pot of water at the same time.
Divide the dough into small portions, roll them into rounds, and put them into the hot water with little bubbles, and cook until they float.
Get out the cooked taro into cold boiled water, taro dumplings finished, how you want to eat it as you like.
2, the water in the pumpkin steaming dish should not be used to make taro dumplings, otherwise too much powder may result in hard hearted taro dumplings.
