Crispy balsa fish – crispy and tantalizingly delicious! approach
Rinse the balsa, absorb the water with kitchen paper towels, rub the salt, garlic and black pepper over the surface and marinate for 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs.
Crumble the dry crispy noodles onto a plate.
Balsa fish fillets are evenly coated with flour.
Egg mixture and dry crispy noodles.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, send the baking tray into the oven and bake on top and bottom heat for 15 minutes.
Just take out and cut into pieces.
