Crispy How to make oven-roasted chicken thighs
Remove the bones from the chicken thighs, add some salt, wine, light soy sauce and sugar and marinate for 3 hours.
Place a sheet of foil on a baking sheet and smoothly roll up the edges of the foil to prevent the juices from escaping during baking.
Sprinkle both sides of the marinated boneless chicken thighs with a generous amount of black pepper and place on the baking sheet with a little butter. Make sure the skin side of the chicken is facing up, as the skin will burn if it sticks to the baking sheet.
Set the oven to 200℃ and set the time to 30 minutes.
When the time is up, you can take them out!
