How to Make Curried Fatty Beef Udon Noodles
Onions, potatoes and carrots cut into pieces and served on a plate. The udon noodles I used are flat and wide, but the cylindrical ones look better.
Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped vegetables for a while.
Add water without the vegetables, bring to a boil and then turn off the heat, once the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the two curry cubes.
While step 3 is going on, boil water in another pot and cook the udon noodles, then leave them to cool. Next, boil the beef rolls.
Put some udon noodles in the bottom of the bowl and pour the curry sauce over them.
You can also add more or less curry pieces according to your preference.
