How to make curry chicken rice for breakfast
Cut the chicken into pieces, the onion into pieces, the potatoes into pieces, the carrots into pieces, all in one piece. Cut a few slices of ginger.
Put a little oil in a pan, fry the ginger, put the chicken pieces in and stir fry until browned, serve in a bowl and reserve.
Add a little more oil to the pan and stir-fry the onion pieces, then add the potato pieces, carrot pieces and stir-fry them, finally add the stir-fried chicken pieces and continue to stir-fry them.
Color it bright!
Heat the water!
When the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, add the curry cubes and stir until the curry cubes are melted, then simmer over medium heat, stirring a few times to avoid burning the bottom of the pot. Taste the soup when it is thick, if it is light, add some salt and then turn off the heat. Pour over rice and eat!
