How to Make Crispy Curry Chicken Wings
Melt a piece of curry in a little water (it’s better to heat it up a bit), wrap it around the chicken wings and marinate for 3 hours.
Wrap in breadcrumbs, because the curry is sticky and easy to wrap.
Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, by which time the bottom side is soaked in oil and juices, flip over (you can sprinkle some more breadcrumbs) and bake for another 10 minutes. It’s better to use a grill, but it’s harder to clean.
