How to make curried potatoes and chicken meatballs with rice
Potatoes, onions, diced, and carrots I cut into smaller pieces than the potatoes because the family didn’t like them, as a garnish. The carrots tasted better when cut into small chunks. I baked the chicken meatballs in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, as shown in the picture. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake them in the oven, but if you don’t have an air fryer, you can skip this step. You can skip this step if you don’t have an air fryer. You just have to add them a little earlier. Boil the peas in water for about 3 minutes.
Add the onion and stir-fry for 15 seconds to bring out the aroma, then add the potatoes and carrots and stir-fry.
Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes, then add boiling water (maybe even cold water) that has not been used.
After 5 minutes, the ingredients are cooked through, but not quite tender enough. Slightly off. Then I added the chicken meatballs, this time splitting them in two for better flavor. The last time I made them whole, they didn’t taste as good as this one.
When the potatoes are soft, you can use chopsticks to hold them from time to time, and when they are soft, add one box of curry (100g). If there is not much water left, you can add more water, otherwise the curry will be very dry after melting. When doing this step, turn on the heat and melt the curry slowly. Cover the lid of the pot and simmer for a while, be sure not to dry the pot.
After the curry is melted, add the peas, stir well and simmer until the soup is thick enough to your liking.
A bowl of curry flavor authentic curry rice is good, chicken meatballs can be replaced by chicken thighs, but the approach is different, I still like the taste of the balls, not fishy, convenient, Q ball.
