Powder mixing and sifting
Weigh the oil and chocolate together and microwave for 2 minutes.
Pour in the powder and mix well
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and add the egg yolks to the batter and mix well.
Add the milk and mix in a zigzag pattern so that the flour doesn’t gluten.
Beat the egg whites in three additions of sugar until moist and lightly stiff so they don’t crack when baked.
Take 1/3 of the egg white and toss it into the batter, pour in the rest of the egg white and toss well
Put the parchment paper into the mold, wrap the bottom with foil, this time I used an 8 inch mould, sprinkle some chocolate beans and Oreo crumbs on top, then put it into the oven.
Preheat top and bottom for 150 to 160 minutes, add 5cm of hot water to the grill and the house is already fragrant.
Tear off the grease paper to dissipate heat and flesh.
Cut it off and taste it. It’s even better in the cold.
