Daughter’s Breakfast #22 – Wagyu Beef Eye Thick Cut Plain Pan Fried
I’m going to prepare a whole cut of steak, defrost it naturally, but don’t rinse it. I’m using the Wagyu beef eye M3, which is a good value for money, and has a nice texture, about 400 bucks a kilo for five slices.
Sprinkle both sides with a little black pepper and sea salt and marinate for 20 minutes, then rub with a layer of salad oil and marinate for 5 minutes.
Put a little butter in the pan, a spoonful of salad oil.
Cook the steaks in the oil, seal the edges to keep the juices from escaping.
50 seconds on each side. 70 seconds on each side for the older side.
Pan-fried and served with crushed black pepper and vegetables, my daughter’s breakfast is complete.
One cup of milk, one egg, healthy.
