How to make fried crab
The crab chooses this small one, soaked in salt water for half a day to spit out the dirty water.
Cut off the crab claws and crab legs first, otherwise it’s dangerous to clean them.
Remove the top cover of the crab and brush it clean, then remove the crab cover to remove the gills.
Don’t drop the lid, then cut the crab in half down the middle.
Put all the ingredients except crab and breadcrumbs (I wrapped two kinds, one breadcrumb and one starch, the breadcrumb is more crispy than starch) into a clean container, add some water and mix well.
Preheat the oil, first cover the crab with batter, then covered with a layer of breadcrumbs or starch, deep fry the first time, until the surface is lightly browned remove from the oil, after all fried and then fried a second time until the surface is golden brown, be sure to deep fry through!
Wrapped in starch, can be dipped in sauce, or sprinkled with cumin, barbecue powder, pepper, whatever you like!
The shrimp are covered in breadcrumbs and deep fried for extra crunch.
If the skin is broken and bleeding, remember to rinse it with running water for a while and then disinfect it with medication to prevent infection.
