Wash Romaine lettuce, absorb with kitchen paper towels, cut into small pieces and reserve.
Wash small tomatoes, halve everything and reserve.
Boiled eggs cut in half and reserved.
Make the bread cubes: trim the toast and cut into 1cm cubes.
Pour a little olive oil into a SD frying pan, add the toast pieces and fry on low heat until golden brown.
Make the sauce: Add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and salad dressing and mix well.
In a salad bowl, add the Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, eggs and toast cubes, pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
